This is a small script against boredom I wrote a few weeks ago.
It works between 2 players: the challenger and the victim.

<Challenger> !bomb Victim
<Bot> All right. Victim, this is the situation: you have 30 seconds to cut the right wire. In order to cut one, type !red or !yellow or !blue.
<Victim> !<choice>

At this point the chances are:

     Victory for the Victim:
     <Bot> Pheeeeew, just in time! Good job Victim.. You defused the Bomb!
     <server> Bot kicked Challenger out of channel $Chan: You lost the challange Challenger! Victim is the winner!

     Victory for the Challanger:
     <Bot> Wrong wire! oX--< R.I.P. Victim !!!
     <server> Bot kicked Victim out of channel $Chan: You just exploded because you didn't cut the $<right_choice> wire, Victim

Give the bot at least moderator status (if you want to have some fun with the kicks)
